Has everyone been on a diet?? It appears that The Men They Couldn't Hang printed up more XXL May DEVIL ON THE WIND Tour T-shirts than we thought needed. Which means it's discount time our biggest following. If you're a XXL person and fancy a cool T-shirt for the summer these are now available. The official release for 'Devil On The Wind' the new 11 track album from The Men They Couldn't Hang is June 1st. It will not be available from TMTCH.net but will be sold through music shops and online stores. If you want to be sure to recive a copy as soon as it's out you should go to your local record shops now and pre-order (Label is Irregular Records, Catalogue number IRR 069, distributed by Proper). Pre-ordering the album is the best thing for everyone and helps to convince the record shops to stock TMTCH CD's. If you want to order with just a few mouse clicks, the CD is available to purchase in advance from at least 6 online retailers so far. Again, the more pre-orders they get the more likely they are to stock other TMTCH CD's so, what are you waiting for? Get clicking... Mick Thomas frontman with TMTCH favourites 'Weddings, Parties, Anything' will be kicking off his European tour at The Castle Theatre in Wellingborough. Swill has also been asked to appear at this event which they also did together last time Mick played in 2005 when it was singled out as one of Britains best gigs of the year. Mick will be promoting his new album 'Spin, Spin, Spin' and Swill will play a set of his own solo material plus a couple of tracks from the 'Devil On The Wind EP' ...copies of which will also be on sale at the venue. Mick Thomas will be joined on stage for this short UK tour by long time bandmate and percussionist Michael Barclay. Tickets are only £10 in advance so, once again, promises to be a stormer. 25th Anniversary Shows

TMTCH can finally announce details of our two 25th anniversary shows! On Monday 18th May we will be playing an acoustic party at the M19 Bar, Stockport Road, Manchester. It's a smallish venue so we will be riffing through our back pages ceilidh style, in an intimate yet uproarious fashion. There will be the usual array of party pieces, jokes and attempts at long forgotten songs but also a rich smattering of our back catalogue. There was no way we could have not come to Manchester - over the years it has been a true home from home and source of some of our wildest and fondest stories... M19 Bar
